What your talking about is, <u>homeostasis</u>. It help's take all the heat<u> out</u> of the organism's body ( and some waste) away to bring the temperature back to <u>normal</u>. ( Not just bobcat's can do this.)

Its called homeostasis, the regulation in temperature which can be exhibited thorugh sweating, panting, etc. It helps taking the heat out and all body waste away to regulate the temperature inside an organisms body.
<span>Amount of water vapor is not measured by the wind speed. Water vapor's factors are the pressure, density, volume, and pressure for it to form. Wind speed is not a factor because is not needed to the formation of the water vapor.</span>
