Answer:
The main idea of the paragraph is:
A. Many Greek towns held sporting events with similar games.
Explanation:
When writing a paragraph, we mention the main idea along the first lines and then develop and support that idea in the following lines. In the paragraph we are analyzing here, the author's main idea is expressed in the very first sentence, "The Panathenaic Games was only one of several great religious sporting events held in Greece." From that point on, the author mentions the other several games that were held in Greece. He/She does include minor facts such as the cities where they were held, who could participate, and what sort of differences there could be between them. But the main reason for mentioning all those games is to provide evidence and support to the main idea that the Panathenaic was only of several sporting events.

Answer: "If we are weak, they are also weak."
Explanation:
Gandhi would often refer to the Indian weakness in resisting as the main reason for the British rule, in opposition to the mere preponderance of force of the English people. In Swaraj in One Year, he states that, while his people are weak in spite of their number, the British are weak in numbers, and that´s why they need to resort to terrorist actions. The important thing is that both of them are weak, and the weakening that both nations experience is no good for either of them nor for the rest of the world.
I would have to say it's part of the theme.
Morality and politics is the ethos of the story, aka origin aka theme.
With-out a theme there would be no plot...and no setting.
So...
C. Theme
"I feel that Auden's poem creations a more powerful and emotional response in the reader becuase, I feel, you can describe a subject better or deeper with words than with a painting. I think it takes a little bit of skill to completely understand what the author is feeling when viewing a piece of artwork. The initial understanding I got from the painting was that people are unaware of other's suffering because they are too involved in everyday life, but Auden's poem digs deep into the subject that people are unaware of other peoples suffering when it is indeed going on."
