Answer:

B. (5) Water is not everywhere it's miles away.

Explanation:

Semi- colons are used in between any two independent clauses. Independent clauses are words or sentences that can stand on their own as a sentence, making complete sense. Inserting a semi- colon in between any phrase or sentences is tended to give/ provide a pause in between sentences.

Thus, the semi- colon will be inserted in between 'everywhere' and 'it's', for the words "<em>water is everywhere</em>" and "<em>it's miles away</em>" are two independent clauses. This semi- colon will act as a pause, but not fully separate the sentences into two.

Thus, the final sentence will be

Water is everywhere; it's miles away.

It is B. The semicolon should be between everywhere and it's. I.e. "....everywhere;it''s..."

How could this information fit into her presentation? it describes a negative effect of the solution. it shows a negative effect
Ronch [10]

This information fits into her presentation because it shows a positive effect of the solution.

The answer is option C.

In a persuasive speech, the goal is to change the attitudes, beliefs, values, or judgments of your audience. If we look back at the idea of motive, in this speech the prosecuting attorney would try to convince the jury members that the defendant is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

The goal is to communicate the topic and content to your audience in ways that illustrate, explain, and reinforce the overall content to make your topic more accessible to the audience.

The audience wants to learn about your topic and may have some knowledge of it as you do.

Fudgin [204]

Dear Diary

It was not many days ago that my family and I moved to another city. The change was due to the work of my father, who received a very good proposal which would not be disadvantageous to do.

Although I didn't want to move, it would be very selfish of me to behave badly in relation to the move. I miss my old school and my friends. I even believe that my old school's programs are better than the new one and that the space was better organized.

In fact, I believe that my perception of the new school is being influenced by the longing for the old school. However, the new school is not that bad and it has legal programs, like a music program that I am really looking forward to starting.

My classes start tomorrow and I hope people are nice to me. I remember my first day of school at the old school and I was as nervous as I am today, but I hope that just like there, I have good memories and experiences here.
