In the passage, the various events are arranged within a time frame. The passage began by telling us the date when people all over the world do observe World AIDS Day(December 1, 2006). Also, the date when World AIDS Day was established which was in 1988. Finally, it became a nationwide norm for individuals to show their support for the fight against HIV/AIDS on every December 1st. Each statement in the passage is organized using a time-based framework to convey its meaning.
