In 1896, in the case of Plessy v. Ferguson, the Supreme Court declared the "separate but equal" doctrine. It upheld the rights of governments to set up separate schools and separate public facilities for blacks and whites so that blacks and whites could be "equal." However, they were far from equal.
Both can transfer energy through matter, but sound waves travel through air and infrared waves travel through space.
Roosevelt supported the rebels because Columbia threatened to attack US workers if began on a canal.This attack created a sour relationship between Columbia's reigning government and the united states government. Because of this, Roosevelt provide the rebels with monetary funds and weapons in order to help them to override and restructure current government.
