The image below compares the structure of a bat wing to that of a bird. Based on what you know about the classifications of thes

e animals and the difference in the bone structure of their wings, which of the following is the most logical conclusion about their evolution? (Bat and bird wing bones and silhouettes are shown side-by-side. Each has a single 'upper arm' bone and two parallel 'lower arm' bones that attach to 'hand' bones. The bat wing has 4 long digits inside the wing and one outside the wing. The bird has three digits inside the wing. The bat wing's silhouette has skin stretched between the digits while the bird wing's silhouette has feathery edges.)
A. They both descended from a recent common ancestor, making bats more closely related to birds than to other mammals.
B. They both inherited their wings from a common ancestor and then diverged in their other body characteristics.
C. They evolved from a wingless common ancestor and developed wings independently of each other.
D. They evolved from entirely different ancestors but both developed wings in response to similar ecological conditions.
I'm leaning towards D but I'm not 100% sure :/

What is the maximum number of hours that food can be held in the food danger zone?
Agata [3.3K]
To answer this question, let us first mention what is food danger zone. Well, this refers to the temperature range in which bacteria grows faster in the food. The range is defined as 30 to 140 degree Fahrenheit or can be converted into 4 to 60 degree Celsius. Going back to the question, the maximum number of hours that a food can be held in the food danger zone is only 2 hours. Beyond this 2  hours, the food is not safe to be eaten and the person who dares to eat this food might get some illness and worst might experienced food poisoning.
