Answer and Explanation:

There were three main countries: Germany, Japan, and Italy.

Germany was probably the most notorious, but Japan comes close in second. Meanwhile, Italy surrendered to the Allies in WWII earlier than the former two.

All three hoped to expand their own territories.

(Sorry this is a late answer lad :( ) But the answer is D. It caused the tribes to lose their culture as they assimilated.

As the tribes were moved from their land, many of them died and the ones who didn't die ended up getting their religion and culture completely removed or assimilated
