Answer: skeletal muscles cells

Explanation: Skeletal muscle cells are elongated or tubular. The cells are striated and multinucleated they appear as long, unbranched cylinders. They have multiple nuclei which are located on the periphery of the cell.

Skeletal muscle is basically voluntary and it responds to conscious stimuli.

Answer:

Skeletal muscle

Explanation:

*Skeletal muscle* is the most abundant tissue in the vertebrae body. These muscles bring about the movement of the various bones of the skeleton, hence the name "Skeletal muscle ".The whole muscle ,such as the biceps, is enclosed in a sheath of connective tissue, the *Epimysium*. This sheath folds inwards into the substance of the muscle to surround a large number of smaller bundles, the fasciculi. These fasciculi consist of still smaller bundles of elongated, *cylindrical muscle cells*, the fibres. Each fibre is a syncytium i.e,a cell that *has many nuclei*. The nuclei are oval in shape and *found at the periphery of the cell*, just beneath the thin, elastic membrane (sarcolemma). The sarcoplasm has many alternating light and dark bands, giving the fibre a striped or *striated appearance (hence the name striated muscle*.

FUNCTIONS OF THE SKELETAL MUSCLE

1)Skeletal muscles *function in pairs to bring about co-ordinated movements of the limbs, trunk, jaws, eyeballs*, e.t.c.

2)Skeletal muscles are *directly involved in the breathing process*.

Therefore, the Skeletal muscle tissue consists of long, cylindrical, striated fibres with multiple nuclei located at the periphery of the fiber/cell.

Imagine that two protein kinases, PK1 and PK2, act sequentially in an intracellular signaling pathway. When either kinase is com
lana [24]

Answer:

See details below

Explanation:

We know for sure that PK2 activates PK1 in a significantly signaling pathway. This is mainly because PK1 is permanently activated as a independent response which is observed in the status of PK2, by indicating that PK2 is fully activated downstream of PK1.

In the case that based on observation and experience, a setup were modified in a such a way PK1 was mutationally inactive and PK2 carried an activating mutation, we would not find any response observed since PK2 would not be able to activate PK1. The most importantly is that the logic is whether you discuss that PK1 activated PK2, I  responded to this question part mainly based on this sequence.

Cortisol is a steroid hormone that can pass through the plasma membrane. Complete the flowchart describing the interaction of co
professor190 [17]

Answer:

the correct answer is 3

Explanation:

Cortisol is a hormone that is considered as an endogenous mineralocorticoid that activates the sympathetic nervous system, it is said that its peak in blood in the body respects a schedule and it is at dawn, which makes us wake up at dawn.

This hormone once it diffuses through the cell membrane has its receptor and its action at the nuclear level, this is thanks to its butterflies properties that helps it to better diffuse the membranes and reach a binding site at the nuclear level. In this way it interferes with genetic coding and protein expression.

BRAINLIESTTT ASAP!!
Amanda [17]

For #1, the last choice is correct. A geocentric model means that the earth is the center of the universe while all other bodies orbit around it. A heliocentric model means that the sun is the center of the inverse while the other bodies orbit around it. The shared feature is that the other bodies in space move in circular orbits.

For #2, the first answer is correct. When the moon is between the earth and the sun, positions X and Z are being pulled by the moon’s gravitational force, creating high tides at these places. However, positions W and Y are experiencing low tides because no gravitational pull is making them high.
