Someone help plz!
gtnhenbr [62]

Answer:

A. Those who profess devotion must declare so publicly, loudly, and often.

Explanation:

Jonathan Edwards was a preacher in the 1700s who advocated for people to declare their devotion to God, so that would make the most sense.

B doesn't make much sense.

C is true, but not applicable.

D is not really what he believed in.

So, I would say A as your answer. I'm about 95 percent sure it's correct.

Hope this helps!

How did the slave rebellion in Iraq affect the slave trade in the Islamic empire?
Marina CMI [18]

Answer:

It decreased because they realized that it was safer to reunite small amounts o slaves to develop labour instead of large amounts o slaves because they could uprise and represent a very big opposition.

Explanation:

The Zanj Rebellion in southern Iraq in the 19th century brought up a big problem for agriculture and the social order established in the Era. Because in the first place, it was so big many people heard about it and started to understand big amounts of slaves in the same labor and place would create another uprising. In the second place because there was a big competence from slavery in the new world, so increasing slavery to counter the numbers o the lost slaves due to death would not result in a very competitive effort. And in third place, because many slaves learn from it and they were really prone to create another uprising.

How did the colony of Roanoke fail?
Kisachek [45]
Less than a year after Raleigh brought colonists over from England to settle on Roanoke Island, the colony failed because the Englishmen simply did not know how to survive on their own in the New World. Therefore, Raleigh took them back to England, and later, Lane led another expedition to explore new land.
