Answer:

C. schemers.

Explanation:

General Zaroff from Richard O'Connell's "The Most Dangerous Game" began gaming with weaker humans due to his boredom of hunting for animals. Montresor, on the other hand, from Edgar Allen Poe's "The Cask of Amontillado" gets revenge on his friend after he felt insulted for numerous times.

Both are schemers who held the idea of gaining their right to do whatever they want without consideration for the life of others. Colonel Zaroff planned on using Sanger as his prey, hunting him like he would hunt a wild animal. Likewise, Montresor lured his victim Fortunato into the vault on the pretext of tasting new wine. The irony is that both characters know their victims and had planned exactly how to 'toy' with them, while getting their own satisfaction. And both are murderers in their own ways, though their motive may have not been the same. Zaroff did it for enjoyment while Montresor did it for revenge.

Taya2010 [7]

The FEMA website would be more likely to have accurate information than an outside source.

The FEMA website, being a government source, would report their data and information and accurately as possible.

Outside sources regarding FEMA would contain bias, personal experience, and potentially slanted data. FEMA could have misrepresented data but they answer to the government and the people of the country, whereas outside sources answer to an organization or business. Outside sources would need to be corroborated to verify the information. Though all sources should be verified and corroborated, typically government sources are most accurate.

Ivenika [448]

Answer:

It was a breaking point for this sort of thing

Explanation:

Im going to compare this to the BLM movements, George Floyd was not the first Black person to be murdered by police brutality, but all the previous cases built up to this case and it was the breaking point. It's the same thing for this, Emmett Till was not the first but his case was the breaking point for stuff like that.

Hopefully this helps!
