Answer: overused water resources.

Explanation:

Sun Belt basically includes the states of the South and the Southwest. Sunbelt describe both the warm climate of these regions and the rapid economic and population growth .

The migration explotion did not come with constant and balanced development throughout the Sun Belt and some states and subregions have lagged behind, in part, because of the resources that are being used by the increasing population, including the water resources. This has also led to some of these subregions to be taken as some of the most poor, and are lagging behind other northern and western states as sources of opportunity for migrants.

What was the role of brinkmanship in eisenhower's foreign policy? why was it controversial?
FrozenT [24]
The "brinkmanship" in the foreign policy, came out to be the last resort to turn out all the events in America's favor. The Foreign Policy Adviser of President Eisenhower, John Foster Dulles gave his word to the China and North Korea that they have to sign the Korean Armistice Agreement if not the US will release an atomic bomb to fight them. China and North Korea did sign the agreement.

This has been controversial because of the hasty decisions to resort on massive retaliation and have immediate solutions of end  the wars.
