Answer:

The Almoravids envied the great wealth of Ghana, so they declared war on Ghana.

Explanation:

The Almoravids were a North African people who came to power during the 11th century. This group of people were Arab Muslims, and they were interested in spreading Islam to neighbouring peoples. Moreover, the Almoravids envied the wealth that Ghana had gained due to the trans-Saharan trade. This led them to declare war on Ghana, until the Almoravids seized the city of Koumbi Saleh in 1076.

If you were a US civilian living during World War II, which government action would have influenced your everyday life most?
trasher [3.6K]
If i were a US civilian living during World War II, the rationing of materials to support the war effort would be the government action that would have influenced my everyday life the most. The correct option in regards to the given question is option "D". Rationing of materials would definitely create a shortage of regularly needed materials in the market. This would be a hard thing to accept. Since we all live our daily life in a fixed pattern, it is difficult to adjust to any kind of curtails. This shortage can always lead to a higher rate for buying those restricted materials and thus my income could seem less than before as the cost of buying gets increased.

Answer:

A

Explanation:

I'm literally learning this now in APUSH. In 1914 which is the era of the gilded age people were dependent on railroads and oil. Thanks to help from Carnegie (and the other 4 men) (around 1914) and steel, the US economy rose back from its divided chaos.

Rosa Parks's arrest and trial led to the ______. Montgomery bus boycott March on Washington Selma march sit-in movement
KonstantinChe [14]
Rosa Parks's arrest and trial led to the Montgomery bus boycott. Rosa Parks was an African-American woman who refused to sit in the back of the bus where African-Americans were forced to sit and to give up her seat in the front of the bus. She later became an activist. Montgomery was a very segregated city in Louisiana and the Montgomery bus boycott was when African-Americans refused to ride the bus and this was very representative, because African-Americans were a big part of the economy and since they were not paying for the buses, the buses were losing about half of its customers and half of its revenue. The Montgomery bus boycott was very important in the Civil Rights Movement.
