Anxiety is where you basically become scared easily.
Anxiety is caused when someone goes through something tramatic, like a loved ones death, or a broken bones possibly. This causes someone to become scared, so they normaly back down because there frightened something will happen to them, or possibly someone else.
Symptons of anxiety:
- Pounding heart
- Panic, fear, and uneasiness
- Sweating
- Shortness of breath
- Butterflies
- Tense muscles
And many more.
The first step is realizing that you have a problem.
This step seems simple, but it's sometimes hard to admit. You can't help somebody that doesn't want to be helped.
