A heart attack occurs when one or more of your coronary arteries become blocked. Over time, a coronary artery can narrow from the buildup of various substances, including cholesterol (atherosclerosis). This condition, known as coronary artery disease, causes most heart attacks.

A heart attack occurs when your coronary arteries are blocked, in some cases more then one artery becomes blocked which causes a heart attack.

The blockage is most often a buildup of fat, cholesterol, and many other thing's. Which these form plaque, which later on breaks away and causes a clot in your artery. Which can be deadly if not taken care of at the early signs of a heart attack.

Here are some way's you can identify a heart attack before it's too late:

- Shortness of breath

-Fatigue

-Pressure, and other things like tightness

If you are experiencing any of these, it's best you call 911 or rush over to an ER before it's too late.

Erin read 15 minutes every day for 6 days. How many minutes did she read?
Vaselesa [24]
Hi,

Since Erin read 15 minutes every day for 6 days, here's what we have to do.

We have to multiply 15 by 6. 15 x 6 = 90 minutes.

So Erin reads 90 minutes in 6 days.
