A man does not have to commit the crime against a woman. This also goes for women forcing men, women forcing women, or men forcing men.
In America, the picture on the right is called a baseball cap and the picture on the left is called a hat. However, I personally call them both hats. In your situation, it sounds like they are referring to the picture on the right.
