Compare and contrast means to find the similarities between two variables, and then to find the differences between those same two variables.

Rape is forced sexual acts even if the person says no. Many states also define rape as sexual assault, and the punishment is usually imprisonment. 10 countries allow death to the person who committed the assault, which one of the countries include China. A man does not have to commit the crime against a woman. This also goes for women forcing men, women forcing women, or men forcing men.

In America, the picture on the right is called a baseball cap and the picture on the left is called a hat. However, I personally call them both hats. In your situation, it sounds like they are referring to the picture on the right.
