If the points P, Q and R are collinear, then a slope of line PQ and a slope of line QR are equal.

The formula of a slope:

m=\dfrac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}

PQ → (0, 3), (2, 0).

Substitute:

m=\dfrac{0-3}{2-0}=\dfrac{-3}{2}=-1.5

QR → (2, 0), (4, -3).

Substitute:

m=\dfrac{-3-0}{4-2}=\dfrac{-3}{2}=-1.5

CORRECT :)

<h3>Answer: m = -1.5.</h3>

The circle below is centered at the point (1, 2) and has a radius of length 3.
sveta [45]

Answer:

(x - 1) {}^{2}  + (y - 2) {}^{2}  = 9

Step-by-step explanation:

The general circle equation is

(x - h) {}^{2}  + (y - k) {}^{2}  = r {}^{2}

where r is the radius.

Since we know all the information just plug it in the equation above.

(x - 1) { }^{2}  + (y - 2) {}^{2}  =  {3}^{2}

Simplify 3 squared.

(x - 1) {}^{2}  + (y - 2) {}^{2}  = 9
