28x-28x -32.4 = 30x-28x-39

-32.4 = 2x-39

Add 39 to each side

-32.4 +39 = 2x-39+39

6.6 = 2x

Divide by 2

6.6/2 = 2x/2

The perimeter is

30x-39 = 30*3.3 -39 = 99-39 = 60
