The "Civilian Conservation Corps"<em></em><em>(CCC)</em> was a program implemented by President Franklin D. Roosevelt <em>(FDR).</em> It was meant to provide more job opportunities to people such as the<em> Mexican Americans</em> and other minority groups during the <u>Great Depression.</u>
