During my university year, I had to work in a group in a group for many occasions. Once I had to form a team and give a presentation on the refugee crisis. But unfortunately, one of my four teammates got sick and could not work as a team. So, we had to split the whole work between 3 of us except the other team member. On the day of the presentation, one member was late. So, as a team leader, I decided to enter the classroom one by one so that the teacher doesn't understand that one member of the team is absent.
Learning Outcome: While working in a group, I learned how to split the workload among the team members and also how to handle an unwanted situation in a very smart way.
