n200080 [17]

The answer is: first-person.

The first-person point of view allows readers to get to know the character's feelings, thoughts and drives.  In that respect, the writer uses words such as I, my, mine and me.

In "Two Kinds," the author Amy Tan tells her story and makes use of the first-person point of view so that readers can identify with her and see the story through her eyes.

Owen speculated on the possibilities: What would it be like to come up to bat? To swing and bat the baseball above the outfield
Lesechka [4]

D. It's very exciting running the bases because you could be thrown out when trying for an extra base. It is a race between you and the fielder. Will you beat that ball to the fielder's glove? The man in the example sounds like someone who is disabled and doesn't know what the experience feels like. To play baseball is at least ten times more exciting than watching it!
