The correct answer is - from west to east.

There's multiple winds that compose the global wind patterns, each of them with their own unique characteristics, and occupying certain part of the planet were they dominate.

In the Northern Hemisphere, where the high pressure zones dominate, the dominant winds are the Westerlies. These winds move from the west towards the east.

They occupy the space in the mid-latitudes between the tropical regions and the polar regions.

Unlike their counterparts on the Southern Hemisphere which predominantly circulate above water surfaces, the Westerlies on the Northern Hemisphere tend to circulate over much more land mass then them.

The correct option is;

b. NATURE / Biology (genetics, brain chemistry & hormones effect on behavior

Explanation:

According to the principles of evolutionary psychology, the human and animal behavior are subconsciously determined by the inter-connected network neural network such that humans and animals are unmindful of the process or order in which the conclusions and behavioral decisions are arrived at. As such human behavior within a given environment is directed by the natural brain in which the interconnection of the senses or the neural  circuit is shaped by natural selection.
