For the answer to the question above, in the U.S. indigenous people are treated like an outcast like the Indians or American-Indians which are the first settlers of America. In Canada, They embraced them and study with them. They treat them as a normal Canadian.

Because Metis are considered as an outcast ora different race in the U.S. they were treated differently. They don't have the opportunity to the white people of America, they are being discriminated because of where they come from and what race they are. So they hide or stay in the mountains. In the history, you can see that Native Indians are being mass slaughtered.

The difference in the US and Canada. is Racism.
In Canada, if you are a different race, you are treated as a normal citizen/ person. In the U.S., it is a different story. Blacks, Asians, American-Indians etc. Don't have the same opportunity as a White American do.

HELP PLEASE! Write a personal response stating why you think the government should do more or less to protect the environment, a
sveticcg [70]

Answer:

Explanation:

I feel that an important issue that involves the endangerment of the ocean and the sometimes innocent sea creatures that live inside it, is the dumping of chemicals and trash in our oceans. I believe the government should find some other creative way to rid us of the un-needed chemicals and trash, instead of dumping it into our beautiful oceans and killing the healthy environment that our sea creatues such as, turtles, fish, sharks, seahorses, and etc.

When you dump chemicals into the water, it ruins the water, making it harder to clean for household uses, and takes much more time to filter, and possibly boil.

And it also lowers the amount of water available to other countries that need it!
