Website credibility is how believable the contents on a website are. It also means designing your website in a manner to make it appear trustworthy and knowledgeable. There are four types of credibility; Presumed, Reputed, Surface and Earned. There are other factors which also affect a website's credibility website design, not making your address and phone number visible, language and the wrong information are other reasons which make a website less credible.
