Modernism was the strong reaction against the thoughts based on the religious, political and societal views. It is a vibrant and intentional reaction against tradition and religion. It aligned mostly with the experiences and the norms of modern values.
Postmodernism was born as a reaction against the modernist themes. They don't believe that there is no absolute truth. Truth and error both occur simultaneously and they are synonymous. They considered morality to be a totally personal way of looking at it. They criticize modernism about the false promises of science, technologies, religion, and government.
