He's rich, handsome, has a nice personality, comes from a notable family, and would greatly benefit her fathers business connections. The second reason the nurse uses is his wealth. Juliet will never go hungry or never not have nice things. Overall the nurse uses his good looks and rich appeal to try and pursued Juliet to marry him.
