The technique is called Self-regulation.  Self-regulation is not a mental capacity or a scholastic execution expertise; rather it is the self-order process by which students change their mental capacities into scholarly aptitudes. Self-regulation is the capacity to screen and control our own conduct, feelings, or musings, adjusting them as per the requests of the circumstance.
