Power is force multiplied by velocity. The engine power is actually (relatively) constant regardless of the gear. So when people say there is "more power" in a lower gear, it's the common misconception that "more powerful" is "more forceful" but that's only part of the equation.

So if P is constant, then that means if you can combine a large force and a low velocity or a low force and large velocity for the same power.

When you put it in a low gear, you produce a large torque -- or a large force -- and a low velocity.

For example, if you are towing a trailer or trying to climb a very steep grade, you need the force to be large which is why you put it in a low gear. If you are on something slippery like snow or ice, a high gear will keep the force at the wheels low so the tires don't exceed the coefficient of friction and spin.

Write a program that takes as command-line arguments an integer N and a double value p (between 0 and 1), plots N equally spaced
OlgaM077 [116]

Answer:

Please see below

Explanation:

Suppose N = 10. And you have these dots equidistant from each other, and probability = 0.3. According to the data provided in the question statement, we will then have forty-five pairs of points. The task is to draw lines amongst these pairs, all 45 of them, with a 30% probability. Keep in mind that every one of the 45 lines are independent.

A few lines of simple code (just some for loops) needed to run this is attached in the image herewith, .

what does it mean when the save button on the quick access toolbar changes to a circular set of two arrows?
elixir [45]

When the save button on the quick access toolbar changes to a circular set of two arrows, it means that workbook is saved in the cloud  (It means word is automatically syncing your changes back to OneDrive).

  • The Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) is simply known as small modifiable toolbar. It is often located at the top of the office application window that is, it can be seen next to the Microsoft Office button. It is known to have its own  set of independent commands and render quick access to commands like Save, Undo, Redo, etc.
  • OneDrive is a renown Microsoft cloud service and a type of cloud services that helps individuals to link up oneself to all our files. It allows storage and protection of  files, sharing and get to them any time.

Conclusively, we can say that When the save button on the quick access toolbar changes to a circular set of two arrows, it means that workbook is saved in the cloud  (It means word is automatically syncing your changes back to OneDrive).

Answer:

Don't take this for your answer though, but no unless the student copied it off of somewhere else.

The IP address might have been spoofed or they could have used a vpn.

Otherwise it would mean that someone else used their account to sign in.

Assume that k corresponds to register $s0, n corresponds to register $s2 and the base of the array v is in $s1. What is the MIPS
BlackZzzverrR [31]

Answer:

hello your question lacks the C segment so here is the C segment

while ( k<n )

{v[k] = v[k+1];

     k = k+1; }

Answer : while:

   bge $s0, $s2, end   # while (k < n)

   addi $t0, $s0, 1    # $t0 = k+1

   sll $t0, $t0, 2     # making k+1 indexable

   add $t0, $t0, $s1   # $t0 = &v[k+1]

   lw $t0, 0($t0)      # $t0 = v[k+1]

   sll $t1, $s0, 2     # making k indexable

   add $t1, $t1, $s1   # $t1 = &v[k]

   sw $t0, 0($t1)      # v[k] = v[k+1]

   addi $s0, $s0, 1

   j while

end:

Explanation:

The MIPS assembly code corresponding to the C segment is

while:

   bge $s0, $s2, end   # while (k < n)

   addi $t0, $s0, 1    # $t0 = k+1

   sll $t0, $t0, 2     # making k+1 indexable

   add $t0, $t0, $s1   # $t0 = &v[k+1]

   lw $t0, 0($t0)      # $t0 = v[k+1]

   sll $t1, $s0, 2     # making k indexable

   add $t1, $t1, $s1   # $t1 = &v[k]

   sw $t0, 0($t1)      # v[k] = v[k+1]

   addi $s0, $s0, 1

   j while
