The league last 26 years before being replaced by the UN. Unanimity made it hard for the league to do anything, they suffered without the support of big countries like the United States, Germany and Japan and then Italy leaving the league did not help them. The failures of the LN was the primary cause of world war 2 ,that led to many things that triggered Germany
