The first composer is William Billings. At the age of 14, he stops from formal school because his father died, and he started to support his family. He was born in Boston, Massachusetts. He was trained in musical instruction from the choir members at the new south church but most of all his knowledge about his music is self-thought.

Answer the following question in 3-4 complete sentences. What is the shutter speed? Explain why a photographer may want to use d
Anni [7]

The shutter speed is amount of time the film is exposed to incoming light. The slower the shutter speed, the more time the film is exposed to light. A photographer would want to use a slower shutter speed if he/she was taking a photo in a dark location, so the light has more time to enter, and vise versa.

A higher (or faster) shutter speed allows less light to hit the camera sensor or film strip (if using an analog camera). Conversely, a lower (or slower) shutter speed allows more light to pass into your camera. The focal length of your camera's lens can help you determine a base shutter speed.

(Policy and Elections 03.01 HC) Imagine your local city council is considering a city-wide curfew in response to a recent increa
ludmilkaskok [199]

THIS IS A SHORT ANSWER...but here you go anyway...

Answer:

Passing the curfew would have both costs and benefits. The city would have to enforce the policy. Enacting the curfew also wouldn't provide any education to teens on the topic and prevention of the topic, so it wouldn't be a long term fix. It may keep more teens safe for the reason that smaller kids would be inside at night, however it would also inhibit the lives of kids that wanted to work, or go out and have innocent crime-less fun. The only benefit would be the potential drop off in teen related crime at the time of the passing of the curfew.

Hope this helps, have a good day. c;
