Since the formula is \frac{1}{2}h(B1+B2), here's the answer.

First we do \frac{1}{2}10, which gives us 5.

Then we do 5(20+8), which gives us 5(28).

At last we do 5*28, and we get 140.

So, the answer would be 140.
