In the excerpt, Capulet is excited because it's Juliet's wedding day. He wants the nurse to hurry up and get Juliet so they can get to the church. His desire for everyone to hurry up is the repetition of the phrase "make haste". He wants his daughter to marry his friend and is looking forward to having Paris as a member of his family.
