The first thing you should do is turn 1/8 into 2/16 so that it is easier to add.
Next you add them up 2/16+5/16= 7/16
I believe that 7/16 is the best answer for the question given.
Hope this helps and please enjoy Brainly! -ZeusROX

Does a=2.1 b=7.2 c=7.5 form a right triangle
Anna007 [38]

Answer:

Yes

Step-by-step explanation:

If the longest side squared is equal to the sum of the squares on the other 2 sides then they form a right triangle

longest side = 7.5

7.5² = 56.25

2.1² + 7.2² = 4.41 + 51.84 = 56.25

Thus the 3 values form a right triangle.

If QR = 18, RS = x -11, and QS = 2x - 11, what is QS?
monitta

Answer:

QS =25

Step-by-step explanation:

QR + RS = QS

18 + (x-11) =2x-11

7 +x =2x -11

18=x

Plug in x

2(18) -11

36-11

QS=25

18 + (18-11) = 2(18)- 11

18+ 7 = 36 -11

25= 25

True

Evaluate the following expression when x = 6 and y = 2:
Liula [17]

Answer:

11/2

Step-by-step explanation:

\frac{ {x}^{2} +  {y}^{3}  }{2 + x}  \\

when,

x = 6 \\ y = 2

Now substitute the value we get,

\frac{ {6}^{2}  +  {2}^{3} }{2 + 6} \\  \\  =  \frac{36 + 8}{8}   \\  \\  =  \frac{44}{8} \\  \\  =  \frac{11}{2}

Can somebody please help me with this? Thank youuuu
Elan Coil [88]

Answer:

a. (5x+75)°

b. x = 21

c. X° = 21° and (4x+75)°= 159°

Step-by-step explanation:

A. Combine like integers.

B. (5x+75)°=180° Because they are suplementary angles.

   5x°= 105°

   5x ÷5 = 105 ÷ 5

   x = 21

C. (4x + 75)°

   4(21) + 75

   84 + 75 = 159°
