Why are cDNA libraries considered so valuable?

Biology

CDNA does not have introns and therefore can be expressed in prokaryotic cells. cDNA libraries are most useful in reverse genetics where the additional genomic information is less use. Also, it is useful for subsequently isolating the gene that codes for that mRNA.

Here, first we need to understand the meaning of cDNA library. It <span>is a combination of cloned </span>cDNA (complementary DNA) fragments inserted into a collection of host cells, which together constitute some portion of the transcriptome of the organism and stored as a "library<span>".

As that portion (product which we produced) have specific, organised information, the way in which we proceed, it can work as a bank of that code in the future, so it is valuable for us

Hope this helps!</span>

An example of a(n) is the brain, spinal cord, and nerves working together.
adelina 88 [10]

Answer:

system

Explanation:

An example of an organ system is the brain, spinal cord, and nerves working together.

<em>A system is a level of organization in living organisms in which body organs work together to perform similar functions. The organ system represents the highest level of body organization as opposed to organ, tissue, and cell level of organization.</em>

The cell is the smallest unit of organization of the body of living organisms. At the tissue level, cells aggregate together to perform similar functions while at the organ level, similar tissues come together to perform somewhat similar roles in the body of organisms.

<u>The brain, spinal cord, and nerves each represent an organ. When these work together in the body of organisms, the level of organization is described as organ systems or simply systems. </u>

What role do enzymes play in chemical reactions?
Naily [24]

Answer:

Enzymes allow many chemical reactions to occur within the homeostasis constraints of a living system. Enzymes function as organic catalysts. A catalyst is a chemical involved in, but not changed by, a chemical reaction. Many enzymes function by lowering the activation energy of reactions.
