The sentence that correctly sequences underlined verbs is- Ms. Garcia was leading a tour of the gallery when the fire alarm sounded.

Further Explanation:

Note that in this sentence, there are several verbs that have been arranged in accordance with their importance in bringing out the meaning of the sentence. The verbs of the sentence are in the past continuous tense and present tense respectively, and this is a complex sentence that typically consists of two parts- the main clause and the subordinate clause. The two sentences have been connected and merged into a single sentence. It also has to be noted that the main clause is a part of the sentence that can exist independently as a complete sentence. However, the second part of the sentence is simply a phrase that would not contain any specific meaning without being coupled with the first sentence. There are different ways of arranging the clauses within the sentence. The most common is to join both sentences using punctuation such as a comma, in this case, the subordinate clause gets precedence within the sequence in the sentence.

To formulate a proper sentence, one of the important things to be kept in mind is that the verbs within the sentence must be in agreement with the sentence for the sentence to have a grammatically correct structure. The tense of the verb must be in congruence with the sentence. For example, if the subject is singular, the verb must also be in the singular form and vice versa. In the sentence mentioned above, the verbs of the sentence are in the past tense, however, it follows the grammatical rule that if there are two verbs of past tense within a sentence, the main verb should be written in the continuous form. The entire sentence has a singular grammar throughout it, and thus the subordinate clause also follows the rules of sequential arrangement within the sentence.

Why do you think public restrooms should provide free feminine hygiene products
Serjik [45]

They should be free, because you don't want to be in the middle of shopping, and start your menstrual cycle. Then when you go in the restrooms to get a pad or tampon, they end up being 50 cents each, and with everyone having credit cards, they don't have change anymore. So you end up leaking. And if you're like me, you aren't wearing a shirt that fits, so EVERYONE that walks by sees it. So it'd be a lot easier if the pads and tampons in the restrooms are free.

hope it helps
