Eustress is a form of B. POSITIVE STRESS.

"Eu" - good + stress = good stress.

Eustress means beneficial stress that may be in the form of psychological stress, physical stress, or biochemical/radiological stress.

Competition, Exhilarating rides, and a good scary movie are all examples of Eustress.

The opposite of Eustress is Distress, which means bad stress or negative stress.
