Hidden testes is also known as <em>"undescended testes." </em>Medically speaking, this is called<u> "Cryptorchidism." </u>This commonly affects <em>very young boys, especially those who were born prematurely</em>. This means that the testes couldn't fully descend on the 7th month of gestation (when it is supposed to).

Most of the time, only one testes cannot descend, but in some cases, both testes cannot descend, although it only accounts 10% of those with this disorder. Having undescended testes means that the male's sperm production is disrupted. <u>The production of sperm requires a certain temperature that is lower than that of the body temperature.</u> It's location should be outside and not inside.
