The role of a juror is mainly to make the verdict of the case that is presented to them. This is why jurors are only part of the trial courts, not the appellate courts. If they were also in the appellate courts, it would be a violation of the US Constitution since it is considered to be double jeopardy. After the case is presented, the juror goes into the deliberation room and decides the outcome of the case. His or her decision determines who is found guilty or not guilty.

If I could live anywhere I'd live in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Colorado Springs, in it's rural areas, is very peaceful. There are houses out in the country that are more isolated from others which is great for privacy. With how many mountains and such is the surrounding areas so hiking is in store. The weather isn't too extreme there either, they have hot summers and cold winters. All in all, Colorado Springs is a great place.
