In the case of Oscar Pretorius, human rights have been violated. A right to the fair trial was hampered in this case. The accused is the bearer of this law. Everyone has a right to be presumed as not guilty, but media did the opposite and Oscar was treated inhumanely by the Prosecutor. The trial was broadcasted live and this was the infringement.
