I believe the answer is: leisure, self-fulfillment, physical fitness, youthfulness, and environmental concern

Leisure refers to the freedom from stress and constraint, self-fulfillment refers to whether we can actualize our full potential during our life span, physical fitness refers to improving our physical prowess through diet and exercise, youthfulness refers to the situation where we can be constantly living an active life, and environmental concern refers to the desire to maintain healthy  living environment that is not disrupted by pollutants.
