Answer:

Allelic exclusion is defined as a process in which only one allelic gene is expressed and other allele remains silenced.

Allelic exclusion plays important role for cell surface receptors in genes and in immune cells like B lymphocytes. The allelic exclusion controls binding site of B cells and allows only one type of binding site expressed in each B cell as binding site of an antibody is decided by the combination of a particular heavy and light chain.

Suppose you measure the diameter of the low-power field of view with a ruler and it is 2 mm. If high power provides 10X more mag
nikdorinn [45]

When using high power the diameter of the field of view would be 20 mm.

A microscope is an optical device that is used to view images that cant be seen with the naked human eyes.

It is made up of lens in which the diameter field of view can be determined.

The diameter of the viewed field in an optical microscope is termed the field number and represents the diameter of the field measured in millimeters (mm) at the intermediate image plane.

From the question, there are two types of field of view

  • Low-power field of view: which is 2 millieters(mm) and
  • High power field of view: which is 10 × low-power field of view

Therefore, to determine the diameter of the field of view when using high power is

10 × 2 = 20mm
