"A Psalm of Life" has a theme about young people who realize that death knows no age, so act now for the benefit of future generations. Whereas "Auspex" tells the life that is filled with; passion, limited time, and natural harmony.

EXPLANATION

A Psalm of Life poem was written by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. A Psalm of Life poem is written from the perspective of a young person who conveys a message to the psalmist. Because of that, the aura of young people's blazing and optimistic spirit was very scattered in this poem.

Although the poem is a message from young people to the psalmist, this poem actually tells about the fact that life can be short, because death knows no age. Therefore, time is very valuable. It's important for someone not to procrastinate on a job. In the last stanza, the narrator urges people to take any action that has a good impact on future generations.

The Auspex poem was written by James Russell Lowell. This "Auspex" poem is composed of words in rhythmic rows that make this poem flow, showing its dramatic side.

This poem tells the story of the desires of the soul and the age that limits it. Poetry is written using the image of natural harmony. When someone still has a high soul desire (passion) but he realizes that he is not young anymore, he is burdened with many demands for maturity but he must keep holding on to the soul desire (passion).

Answer:

Lennie watches her, fascinated, and Crooks keeps very quiet. Finally, Candy tells her to go away because she is not wanted in the barn. She will get them fired, he adds, and they don't need to hit the highway yet because they have other ideas, like getting their own place. At this revelation, Curley's wife laughs at the men and says it will never happen.  Before she leaves, she asks Lennie where he got the bruises on his face. Guiltily, Lennie says Curley got his hand caught in a machine. When she continues to talk to Lennie, Crooks tells her she has no right in his room and that he is going to tell the boss to keep her out. Curley's wife threatens Crooks with lynching. When Candy says that he and Lennie would tell on her for framing Crooks, she counters by saying no one will listen to the old swamper. The four then hear noise in the yard and realize the men are returning; Curley's wife tells Lennie she is glad he busted up Curley a bit, and then she leaves.

Serggg [28]

Prometheus and Frankenstein are related in the sensation that

A.

R.W. possesses advanced geographic knowledge as a result of his explorations, but he has sacrificed personal happiness to gain that knowledge.

Explanation:

RW is not entirely the focus of the novel and in fact is only a mouthpiece for the book for a small amount of the time.

The book is about Frankenstein and the monster but the theme of R W and his exploration of science counter balances quite frankly with that of Frankenstein.

Thus we can see how he has sacrificed personal happiness to gain that knowledge.

The terrible cost one pays for the sake of science is seen and compared to what is achieved for what is put up for the part and this comparison is rather dreary for him.
