Answer:

The Jay Treaty was a 1795 treaty that the United States signed with Great Britain which meant to settle the outstanding disputes that had been unresolved since American Independence.

The Pickney's Treaty was signed on October 27, 1795, by the United States and Spain to establish friendly and cordial relations amongst themselves.

Spain objected to the use of Mississippi River by the United States for free navigation and trade purposes but after evaluating the bond between the United States and Britain, it eased its earlier hostility and signed the Pickney's Treaty which the Americans wanted.
