Answer:

High heat capacity of large water bodies

Explanation:

The water plays a significant role in maintaining a moderate type of climate near the coastal areas or around the large water bodies. This water bodies includes oceans, seas, large rivers and streams.

The water in these large water bodies has the high heat capacity, which means that the water in the oceans and seas undergoes heating and cooling at a much slower rate in comparison to the land areas. This is why it is able to maintain a moderate climate in the coastal areas.

This is due to that the water can absorb a high amount of heat, and it also has a large capacity in order to hold all that heat. That's why the temperatures in these areas are more mild than inland where the temperatures are more extreme

Answer:

Explanation:

Water Levels

For example, the cardiovascular, urinary, and lymphatic systems all help the body control water balance. The cardiovascular and lymphatic systems transport fluids throughout the body and help sense both solute and water levels and regulate pressure. If the water level gets too high, the urinary system produces more dilute urine (urine with a higher water content) to help eliminate the excess water. If the water level gets too low, more concentrated urine is produced so that water is conserved.

Internal Temperatures

Similarly, the cardiovascular, integumentary (skin and associated structures), respiratory, and muscular systems work together to help the body maintain a stable internal temperature. If body temperature rises, blood vessels in the skin dilate, allowing more blood to flow near the skin’s surface. This allows heat to dissipate through the skin and into the surrounding air. The skin may also produce sweat if the body gets too hot; when the sweat evaporates, it helps to cool the body. Rapid breathing can also help the body eliminate excess heat. Together, these responses to increased body temperature explain why you sweat, pant, and become red in the face when you exercise hard. (Heavy breathing during exercise is also one way the body gets more oxygen to your muscles, and gets rid of the extra carbon dioxide produced by the muscles.

The photograph shows wild salmon. What makes wild salmon a renewable
resource?
AleksandrR [38]

The wild salmon has the capability of reproducing quickly, which makes wild salmon a renewable resource.

What do you mean by Renewable resources?

Renewable resources may be defined as those resources that are not exhausted and deliver endless energy.

Wild salmon can be taken as one of the chief sources of food that provides energy. This form of energy may lead to renewable energy because it is endless, as the reproduction rate of wild salmon is fast with large clutch size.

Therefore, the wild salmon has the capability of reproducing quickly, which makes wild salmon a renewable resource.
