In "Civil Peace" by Chinua Achebe, Jonathan experienced a windfall during the Nigerian Civil war.

Not only did he survived, but also did his wife and three out of his four children. Furthermore, he managed to saved his bicycle from being stolen during the war by burying it.

Because of this, Jonathan felt extraordinary lucky, and was able to move on after the end of the war.

It should be noted that Huck is the main character of "The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn," a book that tells the story of Huck, an adventurous boy, who escapes from an inhospitable environment and lives many adventures, discovering new concepts, breaking prejudices and making friendships.
