Dr. Thomas Jones lives on East Main Street. Choose the type of error that the sentence contains. error concerning capitalization
Ksivusya [100]

Answer:

No error

Explanation:

There are no errors in this sentence.

The abbreviation Dr. is written correctly, and it stands for Doctor.

Thomas James is a full name. It's written correctly as both the first and the last names are capitalized.

East Main Street is a street name. Street names are also capitalized, so this is written correctly.

All words are spelled correctly. There are no numbers in the given sentence, so there are no errors involving numbers, either.

Why do some words have two past tense forms (e.g. “dreamed” vs. “dreamt”)?
Elanso [62]
This is essentially language change at work. Do you know how Shakespeare sometimes sounds "weird" to us? that's because English has changed since then.

Language change is not abrupt, but gradual, and while the change takes place sometimes two forms are used: so while it is likely that in years to come only dreamed will be correct, and in the past only "dreamt", currently the change is not complete and both are correct.
