For the answer to the question above asking why is it difficult to define self-esteem? Because self-esteem it means different things to different people. Self-esteem is usually how a person feels about or sees themselves.

Parents can help their children learn social skills so they are not constantly rejected or begin to bully and reject others. Parents can act as coaches for their children to develop these social skills. Children learn a lot from how parents treat them and when they observe how parents interact with others.

Though not all people with self-esteem are sociable. They can meet new people to experience new things and new opportunities. With high self-esteem, they can accomplish that like finding their passions. Low self-esteem people are shy and timid.
