Having said that, all citizens must pay equal tax but tax percentage on some goods and services should be lower so more people could get access to them (like taxes on baby equipment that should be lower and therefore prices would be lower). Furthermore, even though with tax money from both rich and less rich persons, transportation is being financed not all of them use public transports.
