GuDViN [60]
Beowulf is battling against evil because he sailed to the Danes to rescue them from Grendel. It is evident in lines 195 onwards to fight Grendel. SO when the night came, Beowulf and his warriors waited in the hall for Grendel to come. Together with his warriors, they sailed to help King Hrothgar defeat Grendel who continued to kill his men.

How do u go to beginning readers
Pavel [41]

before beginning to read, a person must know letters and their sounds.

the first tip is for the beginners to learn how to combine letters and make sounds out of it.

also, in the beginning, by showing them certain words, they can learn to memorize them.

————————

some great tips are:

- read to a child while using an energetic tone

- point to each word as you read

- ask the child questions about the story

- give him/her some beginner books

- set a positive example by reading books

- teach the alphabet and build phonemic awareness

- help the child sound out words

it is good to read the same stories several times and have the Child read aloud to you.

go easy on the beginners and try to be patiant :)

What is wrong with "The weight for the men's room is way too long."?
mestny [16]

Answer:

the word "weight" should be "wait"

Explanation:

The words weight and wait are homophones, meaning they have the same  pronunciation but different meanings, spellings or more.

The word weight means the heaviness of something, and wait in this case means "a line for waiting on something." The word weight does not fit here, but wait does.

Thus, the answer is weight should be wait.
