C. State governments and central government share power and responsibility.

Federalism is a system or mode of government, in which the power and responsibility of a geographical area are divided or shared between a central authority and a number of states (regions or provinces) with delimited self-governing authority. The Federal System varies from country to country, some give more power to the states and less to the government and vice-versa. Either way, this form of government tends to have a Constitution that serves as a guideline to regulate their acts and powers and to resolve any dispute.

yawa3891 [41]

Answer:

Nation-States

Explanation:

The process of centralizing the king's military power took place at the end of feudalism and was the great symbol of the formation of European nation-states, mainly Spain, Portugal and France, which were the first to adopt this system and establish the king's political control over a territory. Explanation: When a problem arises in day-to-day life, irrespective of at work or at home, the behavior tends to change and may bring prolonged sadness.
