Yes, the correct answer is indeed D. Egypt.
The Nile River is located in Africa, and given that Egypt is the only country among these options also in Africa, that has to be the correct answer. China is obviously in Asia, Harappa was a Pakistani civilization, and Sumer was in Mesopotamia, which is in today's Iraq.

It's not answer A because its wording does not make sense. Along with that, It's not B or C because practicing new skills is only a part of why they made tools, and to learn a craft also doesn't make sense. So, it just made life easier to have tools.
